Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible wife JP and my wonderful Dad Henry are also part of our clan. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where many people are following me. I share my day-to-day life, both including the good as well as the bad. I immigrated in to America with my brother and parents in the year 1990. At only one and a quarter years old. young. I'm not now sharing my story to you, if not for the fact that my parents love dedication and hard work. To give them a chance at a more prosperous future, I focused on achieving my goals and worked hard to get there. I had a plan for my life: the college of my choice, then get a corporate job, marry, purchase the house, and then have children. Although I was convinced that it was the best way to define successful, my life was not following the plans. My corporate job in 2013 was a nightmare for me. Status and money didn't give me joy. I believed that I was wasting away my life to earn a paycheck. It was in 2013 that I discovered that my true passion was exercising. Furthermore, I loved being social and giving people back. That led me to a different path, and eventually into the world of personal training. The business I started was in 2014, and I'll be having a successful 7 years this year in 2021. There are a few Asian females working in the field. The coaching profession is a niche I would like create a change by offering high-quality coaching to aid others to become healthier and happier. It is my goal to help others to go after their goals and achieve whatever and anything they'd like to achieve in their lives. In the midst of my job taking off, I was struck by the greatest loss of my life thus far- the passing of my Mom. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease was over, and she now rests in Heaven. Her memory will always remain in my thoughts and brain. Life has a way of providing us the exact thing we need, regardless of our inability to grasp the lessons at this moment. In many ways, my mother's passing changed me. It is my belief that I was given another chance to be a part of her story after she passed away. When she passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. It was now time for her to transition to the next chapter in her story as well as my opportunity to lead an enjoyable and fulfilled life. At the age of 30 I'm feeling a sense of living and being alive. I'm not feeling like you're just an ordinary person anymore. I am sharing my experiences for you to ensure that you can resonate through my thoughts and stories for you to know that you're not on your own in your journey, and for you to realize that you're capable of whatever you decide to put your in your mind. I believe that love truly can be found in therapy that is normal and essential that a healthy lifestyle is the best kind of wealth. Since death is the only thing there is in this world I want you to enjoy living your life to the fullest and leave with no regrets.
